Responsibilities
- Proactively identify Partner needs and resolve issues before they arise
- Manage a complex, fast changing calendar with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics to ensure Partner is fully prepared
- Track action items and initiatives through completion using Microsoft To Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with planning and executing special events
- Coordinate audio/visual and IT needs for meetings
- Provide firm support and assist administrative team as needed
- Seamlessly shift between executive and personal support tasks
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, strong prioritization and follow through
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to changing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in doing things right
- Polished, professional, service oriented, solutions driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required

Role Overview
- Seeking an accomplished, proactive, and unflappable Executive Assistant to support one of three founding partners at Kimura London & White LLP.
About the Firm
- Fast growing law firm dedicated to guiding clients through legal moments: business disputes, personal injury, estate planning, family law.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Anticipate and execute: proactively identify Partner needs and resolve issues.
- Own the calendar: manage complex, fast changing calendar with accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Drive execution: track action items through completion.
- Act as gatekeeper: primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Support special projects: plan events, coordinate AV/IT, set up meetings.
- Provide firm support: assist administrative team.
- Personal support: shift between executive and personal tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, strong prioritization.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Polished, professional, service oriented mindset.

Work Schedule and Compensation
- Full Time, in office four days a week (five days for initial 90 days).
- $30 $40 per hour, depending on experience.
