- Manage office operations including cleaners, fridge stock, and supplies
- Support marketing and PR activity as needed

Role Overview

What You Will Do
- Managing executive calendars, travel bookings, flights, and accommodation.
- Coordinating catering for internal and client facing events.
- Leading the planning and delivery of the office opening event.
- Producing digital testimonials and supporting case study development.
- Managing office operations: cleaners, fridge stock, supplies.
- Supporting marketing and PR activity as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven EA or office management experience in a fast paced setting.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
