Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Orchestrate complex calendars for the Executive Team.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow Up: Support executive level meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as point of contact between the Executive Team and internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage intricate travel itineraries for the Executive Team.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Partner with executives on high impact projects.
  • Office Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events and initiatives.
  • Light IT Support: Ensure desk setups are working and coordinate with outsourced IT vendor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience providing high level executive support, with at least 4 years supporting C suite executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive communications.
  • Experience managing logistics for company events.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience working in private equity, startup, or high growth environments is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus.

Location

  • Primarily in office role, requiring 3 to 4 days per week in the downtown Denver office.
  • Parking provided.
