Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex calendars for the Executive Team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support executive level meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Serve as point of contact between the Executive Team and internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Plan and manage intricate travel itineraries for the Executive Team.
- Partner with executives on high impact projects, providing administrative and organizational support.
- Ensure efficient operation of the office environment by managing vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities services.
- Plan and execute office events and initiatives that foster a collaborative work culture.
- Provide light IT support and coordinate with outsourced IT vendor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience providing high level executive support, with at least 4 years supporting C suite executives
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive communications
- Experience managing logistics for company events
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Qualifications

Compensation
- Base salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Eligibility for an annual bonus.
Location
- Primarily in office role, requiring 3 to 4 days per week in the downtown Denver office.
