The Position
Support the MESEA cluster president and executive leaders with discretion, confidentiality, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
Maintain a strong understanding of technical and business vocabulary and the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.
Help executives focus on managerial responsibilities by ensuring administrative duties are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive appointments and schedules and arrange travel.
- Handle confidential information and secure executive records and files.
- Perform administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
- Plan and schedule workload so activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare documents and presentation materials.
- Screen and respond to correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Draft letters and official information releases.
- Arrange and attend meetings and take and distribute minutes.
- Handle the CSR agenda.
- Support internal communications and company events.
