Overview
Provide executive support for the Technology Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Acrisure International.
Responsibilities
- Inbox Management File/action/respond on behalf of the SLT where appropriate Flag items for action where applicable
- File/action/respond on behalf of the SLT where appropriate

- Diary Management Responsibility for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders Coordinate a variety of client, market and internal meetings Gatekeep diary and suggest opportunities to streamline schedules

- Gatekeep diary and suggest opportunities to streamline schedules
- Expense Management File monthly expense reports using Emburse Review expense reports of direct reports to ensure they are submitted in line with company policy
