Minimum Qualifications
- · High School Degree required; College Degree preferred.
- · A minimum 7 years of administrative experience supporting leadership, C-suite personnel preferred

Responsibilities
- · Support and assist executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public
- · Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
- · Responsible for schedule management, communication liaison, information preparation, and representing the executive to others
- · Handles confidential company information and communications
- · Use discretion and judgment and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive’s activities
