Role Overview
Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives.
Manage schedules, correspondence, documents, meeting preparation, and executive travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for executives.
- Assist executives in preparing for meetings.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents.
- Manage senior management schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Draft official letters and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Organize and securely maintain sensitive documents and data.
- Follow up on meeting decisions and coordinate implementation with departments.
- Receive visitors and official delegations and organize reception appointments.
- Book flights and hotels and manage domestic and international executive travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support and executive secretarial work.
