We’re Hiring \| Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator (Dubai or Hybrid)
Gavil Group is a family-owned UK property investment and development business established in 1954, with a portfolio spanning residential, student accommodation, commercial property, and long-income educational investments across London and the South East.
As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to support the Managing Director, based in Dubai, alongside the wider acquisitions and investment team.
This is not a traditional PA role.
We are looking for someone proactive, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and capable of helping support and scale a fast-moving entrepreneurial property business.
Executive Assistant & Operational Support
- Managing the Managing Director’s diary and scheduling
- Organising meetings, travel, and logistics between the UAE and UK
- Managing inboxes and day-to-day communications
- Supporting business organisation and administration
- Following up on key actions across the business
Investor Relations & Crm Management
- Building and maintaining CRM databases of:
- Family offices
- HNW investors
- Property investors
- Agents and brokers
- Researching and identifying new investor relationships
- Coordinating meetings and introductions
- Tracking investor pipelines and follow-ups
Acquisitions Team Support
- Scheduling meetings for the acquisitions team
- Coordinating with agents, vendors, operators, and investors
- Assisting with internal reporting and deal tracking
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Coordinating LinkedIn and Instagram content
- Assisting with branding and online visibility
- Managing content calendars and social posting
- Supporting investor communications and marketing initiatives
General Business Support
- Assisting with presentations and pitch decks
- Helping improve systems and operational efficiency
- Supporting ad hoc projects as the business grows

Candidate Profile
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Professional and polished
- A strong communicator with excellent English
- Commercially minded and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in property, finance, investment, family office, executive assistant, marketing, or investor relations is advantageous.

- Candidate must already hold their own UAE visa or freelance status
