Role Description

  • Full time, on site position in Dubai.
  • Provides administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
  • Includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, organizing documentation, handling calls and emails, and managing confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills.
  • Experience with Expense Reports.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Solid Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in financial services or investment banking is an advantage.
