Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel

- Proactively address operational needs to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities
Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization
- Experience with Expense Reports and related financial or administrative tracking
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, office coordination, and task prioritization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar tools)
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information
- Prior experience supporting executives in financial services, investment banking, or similar demanding environment is an advantage
