Executive Assistant & Office Manager – Luxury Interior Design Studio (Dubai)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a Founder & Principal Designer while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy studio.

This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Our client is a boutique interior design studio delivering high-end residential projects across the Middle East and Europe.

Known for its refined, bespoke interiors and exceptional service, the studio works with an exclusive international clientele.

This role will be key in supporting both the Founder and overall studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries
  • Handle all communications (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Support meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain confidential correspondence
  • Oversee studio administration and filing
  • Support the design team with admin tasks
  • Welcome clients and manage front-of-house
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role
  • Background in luxury design, architecture, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French a plus)
  • Interest in design and high-end client service
