Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum executive, secretarial, and administrative support to senior management.
- Manage office financial administration, including budgeting, expense monitoring, invoice processing, reimbursements, financial record keeping, and coordination with banks, accountants, auditors, and service providers.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence in English and Chinese.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese is an advantage)
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to supervisors.
- The successful candidate will manage supervisors’ schedules, maintaining office standards and handling financial administration.
- The incumbent will be based in our Dubai office and will report to Regional Director, Middle East & Africa.
- Given our business relationships across Mainland China and Hong Kong, fluency in Chinese and English is essential. Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
