Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, meetings, and daily priorities
- Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple companies
- Track strategic goals, action items, and key business deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow up actions
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and team communications
- Organize domestic and international travel, events, and executive logistics
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, partners, investors, and external vendors
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they arise
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or similar strategic support role
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high performance environment
- An outstanding communicator with excellent judgment, professionalism, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Highly discreet and trustworthy, with a proven ability to handle confidential information and drive projects forward with minimal supervision

Job Overview

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
