- Handle email and message prioritization, draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and maintain organized digital records
- Process and track expense reports, arrange travel logistics, and ensure all executive materials and briefings are prepared on time
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and executive productivity
Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of executive materials
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as document management, scheduling, record keeping, and workflow coordination
- Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports, with attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with expense or finance tools
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional correspondence, and stakeholder coordination
- Comfort with remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing, collaboration platforms, shared drives) and strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and a high level of professionalism and reliability
- Prior experience supporting executives in a fast paced environment; experience in technology or cybersecurity is a plus
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
