Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Legal Director
- Prepare, review, and organize legal correspondence, documents, and reports
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, court schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential records, legal files, and executive documentation
- Liaise professionally with clients, government entities, courts, and internal departments
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
- Currently based in the UAE
