Role Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership in an oil and gas services environment.
This is a contract role based in Dubai with a hybrid arrangement combining on-site work and some flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and accommodations, and prepare expense reports.
- Draft and review correspondence and develop presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and assist with reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meetings and events, track action items, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Support efficient communication and workflow across executive priority initiatives.
