What You'll Do

  • Provide executive administrative support for a team of Managing Director & Partner(s) and/or Partner(s).
  • Manage and maintain busy Outlook calendars, highlighting potential conflicts.
  • Manage end to end travel logistics (bookings & amendments of flights, hotels, cars etc).
  • Utilize efficiency tools such as ShareCal and Loop to improve scheduling effectiveness.
  • Develop working relationships with external clients and their assistants.
  • Embrace and utilize AI powered tools to enhance productivity and administrative efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule client and internal meetings and events; prepare logistics/equipment arrangements.
  • Provide vacation cover to other Executive Assistants.
  • Coordinate meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organize catering.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take and distribute meeting notes.
  • Provide administrative support to PA events: prepare invitation mailings, manage responses, arrange catering, venues.
  • Organize and maintain online systems for PA, manage client contacts for CRM, organize electronic filing system.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 4 5 years’ experience in a fast paced environment supporting senior executives is strongly preferred.
  • Strong service orientation: maturity, flexibility, self motivation, initiative, good judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to anticipate alternate solutions, attention to detail, follow through.
  • Ability to multi task and complete a variety of projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime on projects and tasks as required.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Middle East and local practices.
  • Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Service oriented, flexible, attentive to detail team player.
  • Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential.

Additional Information

  • This role is for 12 months.
  • You'll be working within a closely knit EA team reporting into one of four Team leaders.
