- Handle scheduling, reporting, and task prioritization
- Visit locations as required to ensure standards and efficiency
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven ability to handle responsibility independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Multilingual ability is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in operations/admin roles preferred

- Job Title: Executive Assistant – Operations & Business Support

- We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail oriented individual to work directly with the business owner and play a key role in managing and improving day to day operations across multiple ventures.
- This is a high trust role for someone who can take ownership, think independently, and ensure smooth execution without constant supervision.
