Responsibilities
- Independently manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and organizing meetings and appointments
- Handle all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentiality
- Arrange and manage business related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day to day operations by anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (experience is mandatory)
- Must possess a strong leadership attitude and the ability to take initiative
- Proven ability to independently manage executive schedules and high volume meetings
- Experience in handling business related meetings and corporate coordination
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools

Executive Assistant
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the GCEO.
