- Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and schedules
- Manage high priority communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist leadership in preparing business reports, presentations, and office correspondence
- Oversee office expense tracking, process reimbursement claims, and draft fund requests
- Act as central point of contact for regional distributors, vendors, and logistics partners
- Assist with ongoing regional projects ensuring administrative compliance and deadlines
- Utilize CRMs and internal tools to maintain accurate business records
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant supporting C level executives
- Strong proficiency in business productivity software, CRM platforms, and digital organizational tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Role Overview

Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month.
