Company Description

  • Independent practice in Dubai serving HNI clients for financial planning.

Role Description

  • Manage calendar and schedule client and partner meetings.
  • Prepare, track, and submit client documentation — KYC, account opening, AML, proposals, onboarding & servicing paperwork.
  • Manage client correspondence and follow ups with custodians, asset managers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain client files, pending lists, and follow up trackers.
  • Handle confidential client information with absolute discretion.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in admin, coordination, finance support, or operations — financial services, insurance, or accounting background a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through with financial paperwork.
  • Comfort working with AI tools.
  • Self driven.
  • Absolute discretion handling confidential client information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A long term mindset — looking to grow with the practice, not job hop.
