- Manage calendar and schedule client and partner meetings
- Prepare, track, and submit client documentation — KYC, account opening, AML, proposals, onboarding & servicing paperwork
- Manage client correspondence and follow ups with custodians, asset managers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain client files, pending lists, and follow up trackers
- Handle confidential client information with absolute discretion
Requirements
- 2+ years in admin, coordination, finance support, or operations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and follow through with financial paperwork
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Absolute discretion handling confidential client information
- Comfort working with AI tools
