About the Role
Boston Consulting Group seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Managing Directors and Partners in Dubai. You will manage calendars, travel logistics, and meetings while utilizing AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain busy Outlook calendars, highlighting potential conflicts
- Manage end to end travel logistics (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
- Organize and schedule client and internal meetings and events
- Utilize efficiency tools such as ShareCal and Loop to improve scheduling effectiveness
- Develop working relationships with external clients and their assistants
- Embrace and utilize AI powered tools to enhance productivity and administrative efficiency
- Provide vacation cover to other Executive Assistants
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take and distribute meeting notes
- Manage client contacts for CRM/Contact Management
- Prepare weekly timesheets and expense reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 5 years' experience in a fast paced environment supporting senior executives
- Strong service orientation with maturity and flexibility
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and complete a variety of projects in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- Knowledge and experience of the Middle East and local practices
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Service oriented, flexible, attentive to detail team player
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

What You'll Do
- Provide executive administrative support for a team of Managing Director & Partner(s), and/or Partner(s).
- Manage and maintain busy Outlook calendars highlighting potential conflicts.
- Manage end to end travel logistics (bookings & amendments of flights, hotels, cars etc).
- Utilize efficiency tools such as ShareCal and Loop to improve scheduling effectiveness.
- Develop working relationships with external clients and their assistants.
- Embrace and utilize AI powered tools to enhance productivity and administrative efficiency.
- Organize and schedule client and internal meetings and events.
- Provide vacation cover to other Executive Assistants.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take and distribute meeting notes.
- Manage client contacts for CRM/Contact Management.

- Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 4 5 years’ experience in a fast paced environment supporting senior executives is strongly preferred.
- Strong service orientation: maturity, flexibility, self motivation, good judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to anticipate alternate solutions, attention to detail, follow through.
- Ability to multi task and complete a variety of projects in a fast paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime on projects and tasks as required.
- Knowledge and experience of the Middle East and local practices.
