About the Role
Founding hire for an ADREC-licensed Abu Dhabi brokerage focused on developer and off-plan sales.
The role runs the back office, owns administrative developer relationships, and helps build company processes.
The role is administrative and operational and excludes property advice, viewings, negotiations, and offer presentation unless an ADREC broker licence is obtained.
Developer Relations and Inventory
- Complete and maintain broker registrations with developers including Aldar, Bloom, Imkan, Modon, and Reportage.
- Track signed commission agreements, payout triggers, and clawback terms for each developer.
- Maintain current libraries of price lists, payment plans, brochures, floor plans, and launch calendars.
- Prepare project summaries covering pricing, payment plans, handover dates, service charges, and commissions.
Transactions and CRM
- Prepare client packs and booking documents and register buyer introductions with developers.
- Coordinate EOI submissions, reservation forms, deposits, and SPA appointments.
- Track instalment schedules and follow up before client payment due dates.
