About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Business Development Support full time professional based in Dubai to provide executive level administrative support while assisting business development activities across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, and contributing to lead generation and client engagement efforts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, email handling, manage expenses and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Support business development activities including lead generation, market research, and prospecting
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow ups, and stakeholder communication
  • Track pipeline activity and support MIS/KPI reporting
  • Support email campaigns, outreach activities, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and business events
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks for leadership and BD teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Development Support, or office administration roles
  • Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and sales support processes
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO/MD/Directors) in UAE/GCC
  • Exposure to both Executive Assistant and Business Development roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and conversion cycles
  • Experience in multinational or high growth environments
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and email campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of UAE business environment and client engagement practices
  • Arabic language skills (added advantage)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM

Location & Working Arrangement

  • Location: Dubai, UAE (Must be based out of Dubai Currently)
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

  • 1st Round: Technical interview & Organizational alignment
  • 2nd Round: Assessment exercise (To assess skills)
  • 3rd Round: Long term vision, organizational alignment and final approval
