About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role supports a broad range of office operations, security coordination activities, travel processes, reporting workflows, and leadership communications that enable mission execution across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and key stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, taskings, and correspondence
- Coordinate official travel and related documentation in accordance with government requirements
- Maintain office procedures, records management systems, and administrative tracking workflows
- Collect and prepare recurring activity reports and leadership updates
- Facilitate communication and information sharing across supported teams and stakeholder groups
