We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant to support members of our leadership team and help to manage an ongoing delightful experience for all NYC employees by providing operational support and helping maintain an inclusive and safe environment.

• Own calendar management to ensure a productive workflow of the day's activities for leadership members
• Extensive scheduling (via Google Calendar), monitoring, and prioritizing of the day-to-day incoming communications
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, agendas, and communications
• Handle all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc
• Provide expense support (via Ramp)

What you'll do - General Office Support & HR Support

• Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors to the NYC office
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors (food/beverage, repairs) on daily office maintenance and events. Keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and pantry essentials
• Help coordinate new-hire onboarding scheduling, first-day setup, and making sure new employees feel welcome from day one
• Support planning and execution of team events and offsites.
