Role Overview
The role provides high-level executive support to the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Portfolio Officer of a UAE sovereign-backed growth capital fund.
The employer is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant who can work effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive schedules.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders, government entities, C-suite executives, investors, and external partners.
- Prepare and coordinate Board, Executive Committee, and leadership materials.
- Maintain confidential documents, correspondence, and CRM records.
- Handle expenses, invoices, events, workshops, and other executive requirements.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper for both executives.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is required.
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives is required.
- Investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth, or financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills are required.
