Role Overview
The Executive Affairs Manager reports directly to the KSA Managing Director and acts as a strategic partner to the Saudi Arabia leadership team.
The role orchestrates executive workflows, cross-functional alignment, and high-priority initiatives supporting operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Executive Strategy and Coordination
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Managing Director.
- Translate the Managing Director's vision into actionable objectives tracked across departments.
- Design and manage executive meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic reviews.
- Connect Saudi Arabia business units, resolve bottlenecks, and improve internal communication.
Projects and Stakeholder Management
- Lead special strategic projects, change management initiatives, and confidential assignments.
- Facilitate communications with global stakeholders, regional teams, external partners, and government entities as delegated.
- Synthesize data, market intelligence, and internal reports into briefings, presentations, and recommendations.
