- Manage and organize executive management's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Follow up on assigned tasks with departments and employees to ensure timely completion
- Prepare professional correspondence, letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on decisions, action items, and recommendations
- Organize administrative documents, files, contracts, and confidential information
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
- Prepare periodic summaries of ongoing, completed, and delayed tasks
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide general administrative and executive support as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct

- West Story Trading Company is looking for a highly professional, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Employment Type: Full time, On site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive management’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Follow up on assigned tasks with departments and employees to ensure timely completion.
