Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Vice President leading a global business unit. This high-visibility role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and planning events.

Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a complex, multi time zone calendar
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, events, and offsite sessions
- Act as central point of coordination across global stakeholders and business teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Significant work experience and in depth knowledge obtained through specialized training
- Experience supporting senior executives (VP level or above) in a complex global organization preferred
- Proven ability to manage highly dynamic calendars with competing priorities
- Strong experience coordinating complex domestic travel; international travel experience preferred
- Event planning and execution experience
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
