Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Partners and senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business itineraries
- Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal or corporate documentation
- Coordinate internal and external communications while maintaining confidentiality
- Arrange meetings with clients, government authorities, business partners, and stakeholders
- Support business development initiatives by coordinating networking events, conferences, and client engagements
- Maintain records, meeting minutes, and follow up action items
- Liaise with internal departments, external advisors, and international offices
- Assist in project coordination, strategic initiatives, and operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related discipline
- 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior executives
- Experience in a law firm, consulting firm, financial institution, or professional services organization is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE business environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of confidentiality and discretion

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience
