Administrative Excellence

• Oversee meeting management, including agendas, minutes, decision logs, preparation materials, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor teams for event logistics, budgets, and vendor management.
• Manage documentation, approvals, compliance workflows, travel, expenses, procurement, and internal systems.

People and Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the leader’s primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, partners, and external vendors.
• Support hiring coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate experience.
• Assist HR and leadership teams with communication drafts, announcements, HR cycles, and organizational updates.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Clear, concise verbal and written communication across stakeholders and leadership levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and stay ahead of schedule.
• Strong time management for dynamic priorities and peak workloads.
• Problem-solving ability, sound judgment, stakeholder management, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Technical Proficiency

• Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Concur, SAP, or an equivalent travel and expense system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred: 4–7 years supporting Director, VP, or CXO-level leaders in a global, technology, or consulting environment.
• Preferred: Experience with executive communications, presentations, business rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in professional services, consulting, IT services, or GCC environments.
