Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive - Accounts Payable at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Process invoices accurately and efficiently in line with established processes, guidelines and controls.

Prepare management reports, Accounts Payable ageing reports, GRNI reports and other periodic reports, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.

Enter and maintain vendor and invoice details in Oracle and support purchase order and invoicing activities.

Perform two-way, three-way and four-way invoice matching, manage invoice exceptions and address incorrect or mismatched invoices.

Prepare accruals for open purchase orders and support Invoice to Pay reconciliation, period-end activities and petty cash reconciliation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing and payment-related queries and obtain required vendor information.

Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening internal controls, reducing costs and improving process efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, preferably with a specialisation in Finance.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a focus on invoice processing and AP reconciliation.

Good understanding of finance functions, including Accounts Payable accounting principles and practices.

Strong knowledge of invoice management, AP reconciliation and Invoice to Pay processes.

Experience using ERP systems and related technologies, preferably Oracle or SAP.

Experience working within a finance shared services environment is preferred.

Previous experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.

Strong capabilities in financial accounting and reporting, vendor management, compliance and customer-focused service delivery.
