Role Overview
The Executive Account Manager will manage and grow NetWitness business across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
The role drives revenue, develops strategic customer relationships, manages partners, and expands NetWitness across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure accounts.
The manager is the primary commercial contact for customers and partners and owns account planning, pipeline development, deal execution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop territory and account plans for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman to achieve sales targets.
- Manage existing relationships and identify new opportunities across enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom, and critical infrastructure.
- Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams, and executive sponsors.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
- Work with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and MSSPs to expand market coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and customer delivery.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Position NetWitness solutions across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint, and incident response use cases.
- Support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent NetWitness at meetings, events, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements across the assigned territory.
- Manage commercial escalations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of enterprise sales or account management experience is required.
- Cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology solutions experience is preferred.
- Strong GCC sales experience is required, with specific Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman knowledge preferred.
- A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Experience managing large enterprise and government accounts is required.
- Cybersecurity knowledge covering SOC operations, threat detection, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security services is required.
- Experience with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators is required.
- Complex sales cycle management and technical and business stakeholder engagement are required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- An existing customer and partner network in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman is preferred.
- Cybersecurity sales experience in government, energy, telecom, banking, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
- Regional procurement, compliance, and public-sector sales cycle knowledge is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
