Job Overview
The role sits within the Finance entity and Finance Group.
The position leads Travel America procurement operations across business entities and locations.
The shift is 1800 to 0300 IST to support US timings.
Operational Service Delivery
- Lead day-to-day Travel America procurement operations.
- Manage purchase order creation, amendments, change management, and closure.
- Manage invoice exceptions, supplier and business queries, expediting, and order follow-up.
- Handle complex procurement issues and ensure compliance with SLAs, controls, and policies.
- Monitor transactional pipelines to prioritize workloads and maintain delivery excellence.
People and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop procurement professionals.
- Conduct performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning, and development planning.
- Ensure business continuity, shift coverage, and resource planning.
- Build relationships with business collaborators, procurement, finance, category managers, and suppliers.
- Facilitate governance meetings and improve collaborator experience and service performance.
