The program provides a nine-month assignment, professional development opportunities, business-leader mentorship, and collaboration across functions, technologies, and cultures.
Required Profile
- Basic understanding of data analysis and engineering datasets.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent assistants.
- Programming skills in Python or a similar programming language.
- Ability to work with raw, structured, and semi-structured data formats.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new engineering domains.
- Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and software teams.
Participant Responsibilities
- Collect and understand relevant battery test datasets.
- Identify key parameters, signals, and KPIs relevant to battery testing.
- Develop scripts, workflows, or prototype tools for data analysis.
- Support AI-based or rule-based logic for test-result verification.
- Test the AI assistant using sample battery test cases.
