Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, speak English, including comprehension of verbal and written instructions, correspondence and memos is highly preferred. Must be able to prioritize job duties and be able to work independently and/or in a team environment. Prior experience in floor care maintenance is highly preferred. Required to stand, push, pull, reach, lift, bend, walk for extended periods of time. Required to lift 50-75 pounds occasionally, and 25 pounds regularly. Must be able to push/pull carts weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis.
