- Identify improvement areas on existing processes to drive their automation and adoption.
- Effectively prioritize and lead internal initiatives to drive excellence across seasonal sale opportunities.
- Identify key business opportunities across categories via spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing to ensure a growth plan.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners' business performance and provide Voice of the Seller input.
- Work closely with business teams and selling partners, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports, and publish recommendations & action plans.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive growth of selling partners portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA, etc.)
- English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning, project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain (preferred)
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders (preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners (preferred)

Role Overview
- Empower Amazon’s selling partners to promote products prominently to delight customers.
- Partner with different functions across MENATR business to build scalable mechanisms for operational excellence, product selection, profitability and growth.
- Drive improvements in deal creation strategies with highest relevance, engagement and foster self service capabilities and seller satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience in English language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners
