Paradigm is a technology investment firm led by Matt Huang and Alana Palmedo that builds and invests across crypto, AI, robotics, and other new frontiers from the earliest stages.

We're seeking an Events leader to co-create and operationalize powerful, engaging events in collaboration with each functional area at Paradigm (investing, research, policy, marketing, operations). Paradigm's events program exists to support the researchers, builders, founders and technologists shaping the frontier of technology. Some of these events are small, some are large, some have games and adventures, others are technical deep dives. All are close to the metal of what’s getting built at the edges of technology.

The person we hire will own the production and execution of events across our portfolio, spanning highly technical research days (e.g., summits for researchers), founder and portfolio-facing gatherings (e.g., founder retreats and fellowships), and institutional or policy-facing convenings (e.g., investor summits and policy programs), as well as recurring community events in our core markets. This role requires close collaboration across the firm and will report to Paradigm's Head of Events, Josie Franciose McGuinn . Being deeply plugged into the San Francisco and frontier tech community is a 10x factor.
