Position Overview

  • We are seeking an energetic, confident, and results oriented Event Sales Executive to support our business growth across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our event management services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, educational institutions, and individual customers.
  • Promote the company's event management services and develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches both online and in person.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining company profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations and event teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business gatherings to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE events sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Event Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, particularly Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional appearance and strong client facing abilities.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
