Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Booth Setup : Creatively design, set up, and decorate exhibition booths or stands, ensuring Maiva's products are showcased effectively.
• Product Knowledge : Showcase an in-depth understanding of Maiva's products, answering questions and engaging with attendees.
• Engagement : Connect passionately with event attendees, sparking conversations about our offerings and emphasizing the care behind each product.
• Lead Generation : Tactfully collect contact information from potential clients and other interested parties, paving the way for future engagements.
• Promotion : Distribute promotional items, brochures, samples, and other marketing materials, while sampling products to attendees, ensuring they get a firsthand experience of Maiva's quality.
• Data Collection : Collect feedback, observations, and valuable insights from each event to constantly refine our approach.
• Event Logistics : Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from setup to teardown, ensuring materials are stored properly for future events.
• Reporting : Diligently provide event reports, offering feedback to management to assess success and pinpoint areas of improvement.
• Problem Solving : Proactively address challenges, ensuring smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.
