Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing event plans.
- Prepare tender proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor registrations and updates for government and private companies.
- Handle suppliers, contract negotiations, and commercial terms.
- Complete documentation, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare LPOs, invoices, and other accounting support documents.
- Regularly follow up on client payments.
- Conduct sales calls and client visits when required.
- Perform other tasks requested by the manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in events management, ideally in a similar role.
- At least one year of experience as an Events Executive is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to the events schedule.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to reliably commute to Doha or relocate before starting work.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying from QAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha.
