Experience of managing professional events, congresses, webinars or customer engagement programmes from concept to evaluation.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience of managing budgets, suppliers, agencies, contracts and associated administration.
Familiarity with audience engagement communications.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
An understanding of customer engagement and customer experience principles.
The ability to interpret performance data and feedback and turn insight into action.
Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and a practical approach to solving problems.
The confidence to work independently, take ownership and travel or work outside normal hours when event delivery requires it.
