Role Overview
The Events Director will develop and lead event strategies, programs, and initiatives supporting organizational objectives, brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
The role oversees the full event lifecycle and collaborates with internal teams, clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strategy and Program Delivery
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with organizational goals, brand positioning, and audience needs.
- Lead conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, networking events, and other programs.
- Establish event objectives, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and operational plans.
- Oversee event concepts, themes, agendas, programming, guest experiences, branding, and production requirements.
Stakeholders and Operations
- Manage relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, sponsors, speakers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate marketing, communications, sales, operations, creative, logistics, and technical production teams.
- Oversee venue setup, registration, audiovisual production, catering, transportation, staffing, and on-site operations.
- Identify operational and reputational risks and establish contingency and safety plans.
