- Maintain décor inventory and ensure proper storage after events
- Create simple, clean, premium setups based on reference images or mood boards
- Support product displays for e commerce shoots, pop ups, and curated gifting concepts
- Take photos/videos of final setups for internal records and marketing
Requirements
- Experience in event decoration, party setup, retail display, exhibitions, weddings, or visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic English and Hindi communication
- UAE driving license preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Decoration & Setup Executive who can manage event décor, workshop setups, product displays, and venue styling for PWW experiences. The person should be practical, reliable, creative, and able to execute independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle décor setup and dismantling for workshops, healing events, pop ups, exhibitions, and private experiences.
- Source, arrange, transport, and manage décor materials such as backdrops, lights, props, fabrics, tables, display items, candles, flowers, stands, signage, and spiritual/earthy elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, printers, florists, lighting teams, and venue staff.
- Maintain décor inventory and ensure materials are stored properly after every event.
- Create simple, clean, premium looking setups based on reference images or mood boards.
- Support product displays for e commerce shoots, pop ups, and curated gifting concepts.
- Ensure setup is completed on time before client arrival.
- Help with packing, loading, unloading, and basic handyman tasks when required.
- Take photos/videos of final setups for internal records and marketing use.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation at all venues.
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in event decoration, party setup, retail display, exhibitions, weddings, or visual merchandising.
- Can work with hands and solve problems on site.
- Has an eye for neatness, balance, lighting, and premium presentation.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings/weekends when events happen.
- Can manage vendors and small teams when needed.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Basic English/Hindi communication required.
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and ownership driven.
Preferred Skills
- Basic carpentry, drilling, fixing, hanging, backdrop setup.
- Knowledge of lighting, flowers, props, fabric draping, and display styling.
- Ability to understand Pinterest/reference images and recreate them within budget.
- Experience in wellness, luxury, kids, spiritual, or lifestyle events is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary / project fee will be discussed based on experience, skill level, and availability.
- Pay: AED1,800.00 AED2,500.00 per month
