- Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to determine proper setup, timeline, and guest needs
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals

- Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable.
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup.

Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
