We’re a team of approximately 60 people headquartered in San Francisco, with a growing satellite office of around 10 people in New York. We’re entering an exciting phase of growth: moving into a new San Francisco office designed to accommodate 80–100 employees and exploring a larger space for our expanding New York team.
We’re looking for an Events & Operations Associate to help create an organized, welcoming, and engaging workplace experience across both offices. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco headquarters, coordinate company events and team gatherings, and help ensure employees, candidates, and visitors have a great experience whenever they walk through our doors.
This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, staying on top of operational details, and jumping in wherever help is needed. You’ll work closely with our People, Recruiting, IT, and Executive Operations teams and will have the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as the company grows.
You’ll primarily support our San Francisco headquarters while helping coordinate vendors, events, and workplace needs for our New York office remotely.
