Responsibilities
- Build and produce event ticketing solutions on the platform with speed, design flair, and accuracy.
- Communicate with event organizers at all stages of the event cycle.
- Collaborate with Sales to maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Manage workflows for refunds, ticket reissues, date changes, and cancellations.
- Support patrons via phone, email, socials, and live chat.
- Assist tech team in testing site improvements and reporting bugs.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media posting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and produce stunning event ticketing solutions on our platform at speed and with design flair and accuracy.
- Present products and services in a structured, professional manner.
- Effectively and proactively communicate with event organisers at all stages of the event cycle.
- Work collaboratively with Sales to maintain existing client relationships and ensure optimal retention rates and revenue growth.
- Onboard new event organisers.
- Manage workflows and processes for patrons and organisers (refunds, ticket reissues, change of dates, event cancellations).
- Support patrons with ticketing and event related enquiries by phone, email, socials and live chat.
- Play an active role in delivering new projects, identifying and executing new products and services.
- Assist tech team in rigorous testing of site improvements and reporting issues or bugs.
- Actively contribute to marketing initiatives and regular posting on social media channels.
