- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, educational institutions, and individual customers.
- Promote the company's event management services and develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches both online and in person.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining company profitability.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and event teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business gatherings to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE events sector.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
