We design and produce events for some of the world’s most iconic brands and talents, blending creativity with precision, and storytelling with culture.
We are currently seeking a
highly motivated, creative, and detail-obsessed
Events Project Manager
to join our
Dubai
team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong local knowledge, a sharp aesthetic eye, and a passion for curating exceptional moments.
Your Role
- You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to manage events from ideation to execution.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- **Creative concept development**
- and set design direction
- **Supplier sourcing & management**
- , with a strong personal network a major plus
- **Project coordination**
- and logistics scheduling
- **Budget creation, tracking, and invoicing**
- **Client servicing & relationship management**
- **Administrative support**
- for smooth project flow
- **Business development**
- , helping grow the agency through new client leads
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience
- in event production or a creative agency
- Strong knowledge of
- Dubai and the GCC region
- Previous work in the
- luxury, fashion, or cultural
- space
- A sharp eye for
- details
- , timelines, and aesthetics
- Fluent in
English
- (spoken & written) – French and/or Arabic are a plus
- Strong skills in
- Canva and other visual apps
- Autonomous, reliable, resourceful, and culturally curious
- A genuine
- interest in art, fashion, and music
- is highly valued
