- Manage the end to end proposal process, ensuring timely submission and accuracy
- Assist with budget creation and event planning timelines during the pitch process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed concepts

Job Purpose
- Lead the development of compelling event pitches and proposals, overseeing strategic planning and execution of bid responses for new business opportunities.
- Translate client briefs into innovative event concepts, manage the end to end proposal process, and ensure delivery of high quality, commercially competitive submissions.
- Support business growth by collaborating with Creative, Business Development, and Operations teams.
